The RoleWe are seeking a dynamic and service-driven Restaurant Floor Manager to lead our front-of-house operations and ensure a seamless, world-class experience for our members and guests. The ideal candidate will bring a deep passion for hospitality, a hands-on leadership style, and an eye for detail that aligns with the elevated standards of Flyfish Club. Responsibilities Lead and oversee all aspects of daily floor operations, ensuring exceptional service and guest satisfaction Support, train, and mentor FOH team members, fostering a culture of excellence and accountability Act as a key point of contact for members during service, managing requests, concerns, and special moments with discretion and care Collaborate closely with the culinary and beverage teams to ensure smooth coordination and timely service Monitor floor appearance, cleanliness, and ambiance in alignment with brand standards Support staffing, scheduling, and performance management in partnership with the General Manager Assist in the execution of member events, private dining, and special experiences Qualifications 3–5 years of floor management experience in a fine-dining, luxury hospitality, or private club environment Proven ability to lead high-performing service teams with professionalism and grace Strong knowledge of food, wine, and beverage service standards Poised and confident in high-touch, guest-facing settings Detail-oriented with strong organizational and communication skills Flexible and calm under pressure; able to adapt in a dynamic, fast-paced environment Why Join UsAt Capon’s Chophouse, you’ll be part of a hospitality team redefining how members experience dining, community, and culture.
